L4 is complete: 22 stops from Trinitat Nova to La Pau
The yellow line is now playable in MetroSim: 22 stops from Trinitat Nova to La Pau, the 2000 series and a walking interchange with L11.

Line 4 is now playable in MetroSim. The yellow line of the Barcelona metro simulator runs all 22 stops from Trinitat Nova to La Pau with the 2000 series. At Trinitat Nova you can also leave the train and walk through to the L11 platform.
The simulator already had purple L2, green L3 and the single-track L11. L4 is the longest route published so far. It leaves the Nou Barris terminus, crosses the north and the Eixample, drops through the Born and Barceloneta, and follows the seafront to the Besòs.
The 22 stops, in order from Trinitat Nova, are Via Júlia, Llucmajor, Maragall, Guinardó | Hospital de Sant Pau, Alfons X, Joanic, Verdaguer, Girona, Passeig de Gràcia, Urquinaona, Jaume I, Barceloneta, Ciutadella | Vila Olímpica, Bogatell, Llacuna, Poblenou, Selva de Mar, El Maresme | Fòrum, Besòs Mar, Besòs and La Pau.
No station is a copy of the one before it. Every platform has its own sign, yellow band and ceiling. Jaume I keeps the curved vault of yellow and white panels. Via Júlia, Passeig de Gràcia, Barceloneta and La Pau are recognisable as soon as the doors open.

The Trinitat Nova interchange is made on foot, inside the station. You leave the 2000 series, walk straight along the level corridor and come out on the lime-green L11 platform. From there the 500 series runs to Casa de l’Aigua, Torre Baró | Vallbona, Ciutat Meridiana and Can Cuiàs. The line change stays indoors, in the same session.
At Passeig de Gràcia the walking link joins L2 and L3. L4 is not connected to that corridor yet. You can travel to any station on the network at any time: pick the line and the stop and you appear on its platform, whether that is in the centre, on the seafront or on L11.
You can take the controls of the 2000 series or board as a passenger on a train driven by someone else. Anyone waiting on the platform sees the train arrive, stop and open both the train doors and the platform doors. Anyone inside makes the same journey: speed, stops and the next-station announcement.
The service reverses at both termini. At Trinitat Nova and La Pau the driver leaves the cab, walks the platform and boards at the other end. The train changes direction and heads back down the line.
When you enter the Barcelona metro simulator, L4 appears alongside L2, L3 and L11. The yellow line is already in the line picker, on the network map and on every station page, with its platform photo. Pick Trinitat Nova, close the doors and head for La Pau.
